Do I have to make a booking?

Bookings are recommended, but walk-ins are always welcome – so grab that special group of friends to celebrate, sip and share.

Function bookings?

We recommend all groups of 10 or more guests to contact us directly for bookings. To start planning your special event, head over to our function page and complete the form to enquire now.

Can I choose a specific table?

We allow a choice of either high or low tables to accommodate all people. While we can not guarantee any specific table, please feel free to let us know your preference and we will try our best to assist where possible.

What if I am running late or want to change my booking?

Please phone 1300 843 728 to update our staff.

What if I want to stay longer than the allocated booking time?

All bookings are strictly 2 hours. We do aim to keep our lounge area free for guests who want to stay longer for drinks, however we can not guarantee these seats until the night.

Do you cater for dietary requirements?

We do cater for gluten free, dairy free, vegan and vegetarian, however we can not guarantee our kitchen is Celiac friendly.

Do you have Entertainment?

Our resident DJ’s start spinning from 5pm Friday and 3pm Saturday and Sunday. Please keep an eye on our ‘what’s on’ pages and follow us on our socials for any upcoming special events.

What is your Dress code?

Our dress code is smart casual. We are flexible on this during the day, however from 5pm onwards we do ask that everybody dresses to impress.

Mooloolaba Pavilion is a family and community-oriented venue.
Guests with tattoos are welcome at our venue, however, our policy does not permit intimidating, aggressive, or offensive tattoos, clothing or behaviour which may offend or intimidate other guests or staff. Tattoos on the neck, head and face are viewed as increased intimidation in that order.

This practise is common among licensed venues and is in place to ensure the comfort and enjoyment of all of our guests. Covering up these tattoos does not allow entry.

Is our venue child friendly?

We are a child friendly venue; children’s menus are offered. We also provide children's packs and high chairs upon request. All minors (17 years old or under) must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Please keep in mind, if management are concerned with the level of risk at the time, they may not be allowed in.

Are pets allowed to the venue?

Due to being a restaurant we don’t allow animals in venue, we only allow certified Service animals.

Do you allow any decorations?

We do allow balloons etc. If you’re looking to make your table extra special, please feel free to bring along florals for the centre of the tables.

Can I bring my own food or beverage?

We are happy for you to bring along a birthday cake for a celebration however no exceptions will be made outside of this. We have a full food and beverage menu available to all customers.

Is there parking available at the venue?

There is 200+ car spaces available directly below us in the Mantra International underground parking. This can be entered off Venning Street under the Mooloolaba Coles. The venue can be directly accessed via the elevator in the car park selecting level 1.
