Our rooftop cabanas can be booked online for groups of up to 10 people.

For larger celebrations up to 50 guests, a curated function package is available.

Our rooftop is exclusively an 18+ area for the comfort and atmosphere of our guests.

Families are welcome downstairs at Dune, with a full kids menu and high chairs available for use.

We do not host celebrations for minors, 18th or 21st Birthdays.

We reserve the right to refuse any reservation, we believe to be of this nature, without notice.

Our standard function bookings are for 3 hours.

Please send a request with your booking to request the possibility to extend this.

We recommend all groups of 12 or more guests to book directly through our website portal.

A minimum spend may be required for your booking depending on dates and availability. Times and dates can be searched live online via our functions page.

No date will be held until full deposit is paid.

We encourage a smart casual dress code. During the day we are a little more relaxed, while our evenings are more elevated.night. If in doubt, dress up, or you may be refused:

Attire
Men are asked to wear collared shirts or neat T-shirts.

No sportswear brands or athletic wear including baseball hats, sweatpants and hoodies.

Please ensure appropriate footwear is worn. Thongs are not permitted.

Costumes
Costumes are not allowed.

Tattoo Policy
Pavilion prohibits tattoos that may be considered offensive. Head and face tattoos are not permitted unless they hold cultural significance.

We do cater for gluten free, dairy free, vegan and vegetarian, however we can not guarantee our kitchen is Celiac friendly.

We have live DJs Friday-Sunday on the rooftop.

To ensure the comfort of all guests in the venue, we do not allow guests to have their own music, entertainment or audio unless they have booked out the venue exclusively for a private function.

We do not allow any balloons or confetti onsite as we are positioned on the ocean and we want to take care of the surrounding environment and these decorations seem to have a mind of their own.

If you’re looking to make your table special, please feel free to bring along florals for the centre of the tables.

We are happy for you to bring along a birthday cake for a celebration.

No exceptions will be made outside of this. We have a full food and beverage menu available to all customers.

There are 200+ car spaces available directly below us in the Mantra International underground parking. This can be entered off Venning Street under the Mooloolaba Coles. The venue can be directly accessed via the elevator in the car park selecting level 1.
